1. FASTEN YOUR SEATBELT: Your order will be shipped faster than a squirrel on espresso! We aim to get it out the door within 1-3 business days—unless we’re out fighting off the evil forces of slow delivery.
2. TRACKING IS LIKE A GAME: Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number! It’s like a treasure map, but instead of gold, you’ll find that fabulous shirt you ordered (and maybe a more).
3. WE DON’T DO TIME TRAVEL: Delivery times are estimates, and while we’d love to deliver in a time machine, we’re still working on that technology. So, please allow extra time during holidays or when the universe decides to throw a curveball!
4. ADDRESS: CHECK IT TWICE! Make sure your shipping address is correct! If it’s not, your package might end up in Narnia—or worse, at your neighbor’s house who thinks it’s a gift!
5. LOST IN THE MAIL? If your package seems to have taken a detour, don’t panic! Reach out to us, and we’ll investigate like a team of detectives, minus the trench coats (unless you want us to wear them).
